Shore-to-ship calling service
A shore-to-ship calling service is available to enable friends and family to contact passengers during their cruise. They can be contacted on board the ship by calling 0800 917 1584 (UK only). Callers will be asked for their credit card number and the card’s expiry date.
The name of the family member or friend and their stateroom number will need to be provided in order for the call to be connected. Only on connection with the ship, will charges commence. If the family member or friend is not available, a message will be taken and delivered to their stateroom.
Calls will be charged at £3.00 per minute no matter where the ship is in the world. Due to the demands placed upon our satellite network, calls will be limited to a maximum duration of 10 minutes.
